The Charcuterie Bar VA is co-owned by Rissy Berliner and Magen Adderley, two seasoned food industry professionals with a shared passion for quality, creativity, and hospitality.

Rissy brings over twenty years of culinary experience, having built her career in the Washington, DC area working alongside James Beard–recognized chefs and in some of the region’s most respected restaurants. She relocated to Floyd, Virginia to expand elevated food experiences in Southern Virginia while staying rooted in family, community, and thoughtful sourcing.

Magen is the operational force behind The Charcuterie Bar VA. With years of industry experience of her own, she ensures every detail runs smoothly—from planning and logistics to execution. Her steady leadership and behind-the-scenes expertise allow each event to unfold seamlessly.

Together, Rissy and Magen create custom charcuterie and grazing experiences designed for gatherings of all sizes. Their work blends refined culinary technique with approachable presentation, focusing on high-quality products, intentional design, and memorable moments meant to be shared.
